Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using AI Product Photo Studio (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

AI Product Photo Studio is an AI-powered product photo editing application for iOS that provides:

• AI background removal from product photos
• AI-generated lifestyle background scenes
• Virtual clothing try-on using AI models
• Drop shadow effects
• Platform-specific image export (Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, etc.)

These features are powered by third-party AI services including Replicate, Firebase (Google), and RevenueCat.

• The App uses a credit-based system. New accounts receive free credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased via in-app purchases processed by Apple.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable and have no monetary value.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.
• In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service: apple.com/legal.

• You retain ownership of photos and images you upload to the App.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely to provide the App's features.
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the images you upload.
• You must not upload images that are illegal, infringe third-party rights, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Process images of real people without their consent
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services
• Use automated tools to abuse the credit system
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The App relies on the following third-party services. Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms:

The App, including its design, code, branding and AI-generated outputs produced by the App's features, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

AI-generated images produced using your uploaded content and the App's features are provided to you for your personal and commercial use, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI model providers.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI outputs may vary in quality and accuracy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
