AI Product Photo Studio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application AI Product Photo Studio (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address and password when you create an account (via Firebase Authentication).
- Photos and images: Product photos you upload for processing. These are stored securely in Firebase Storage and used solely to provide the AI editing features.
- Purchase information: In-app purchase transactions processed by Apple and tracked through RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.
Automatically Collected Information
- Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and credit balance stored in Firebase Firestore to provide the service.
- Device identifiers: Used by RevenueCat to manage and restore in-app purchases.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate and maintain the App and its features.
- To process your product images using AI models (via Replicate).
- To manage your credit balance and in-app purchases.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App. Each has its own privacy policy:
We use Firebase Authentication for account management, Firebase Firestore to store user data and job status, and Firebase Storage to store uploaded and processed images. Data may be stored on Google servers in the United States.
We use Replicate to run AI models for background removal, AI scene generation, and virtual try-on. Your uploaded images are sent to Replicate's API for processing. Replicate may retain inputs and outputs as described in their privacy policy.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your device identifier and purchase history to verify and restore purchases. No payment card data is shared with RevenueCat — all payments are processed by Apple.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and uploaded images for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Processed images stored in Firebase Storage are retained until you delete your account or request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@evtsoy.com.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase's built-in security rules, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and Firebase Authentication to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
- Data portability.
